How to Order Previstage™ GCC Colorectal Cancer Staging Test

There are four easy steps to ordering the Previstage™ GCC Test:

  1. Order Previstage™ GCC Collection Kit: Call 877-701-9007 to receive a Previstage™ Collection Kit—this contains the requisition form; instructions on collection and shipping; Previstage™ GCC shipping box and bags; pre-paid and addressed FedEx shipping label.
  2. Place specimens in Previstage™ GCC box: Please follow collection instructions as indicated on the requisition form. Place lymph node specimens in the Previstage™ GCC shipping box.
  3. Fill out Requisition Form: Please make sure all information is provided on the Requisition Form in order to expedite specimen processing, analysis and results reporting. Place the completed requisition in the Previstage™ GCC box along with the specimens.
  4. FedEx specimens to DiagnoCure Oncology Laboratories: Close and seal the Previstage™ GCC box and place in pre-paid FedEx shipping bag.

DiagnoCure Oncology Laboratories will deliver test results in 7 business days from the date samples are received.
